Refund policy

At Cray Portfolio, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns; however, we do accept exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. To qualify for an exchange, the request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, and the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping exchanges unless the item arrives defective. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the value of the item. By completing a purchase with us, you agree to these terms.
